A doll with a see through face,
Open the image with paint and inver colours , that helps a bit you can see straight through it.

There arent ghosts and that looks like a child or something who has been left behind. How many children are there supposed to be in that pic?

There is only supposed to be one child in the pic, if you save the image and open it with paint then invert image it shows it aint nothing living as you can see straight through it, also look at the colour, no person has skin you can see through.

Very weird image.
I'e seen loads similar to this with some sort of face in the background.
A number of questions to be asked here (seriously):
Q1: Why would a questionable thing such as a ghost be looking at the camera anyway?
Q2: Why would it be in this area?

Ive looked at this in great depth now, and my conclusion is............
Its a Dolly and its that little girls whos crying!! Ive seen my niece cry like that when she has lost hers!!
