Slow running pc - wierd memory usage

Ritey, I've got a problem
Whenever I use my PC, without doing anything or running any programmes, on my processes it says:
explorer.exe is running: CPU usage = 50, Mem Usage = 60k to 150k.
Internet explorer should only take up about 20k when I'm actualy running it.
I think i've found the problem, its a movie file that I have which doesn't let me delete it because it says it's being used by another programme. However, I dont know for sure which programme this is.
Anyone know how I can get rid of this file? Because I'm fairly sure it's the problem.

Just spotted it at 444k mem usage
That cant be good lol
Done a spyware scan and an antivirus one too - nothing
