Im emailing you with regards to one of your reps who have just visited my home offerinmg me..services!

I kindly explained a was MORE THAN HAPPY using the networking i got installed a while back from SuperWelshWangs, it was a Mr S.T.Ellaman who fitted it all in for me.(STS )

On hearing this, your ..urm... rep..in his greasy blue overalls became VERY abusive, thus throwing a fag in my mums flower pot and call my dad fat!

This experiance has left me mortified and scared to open the front door and so i hope you treat this matter with most urgency and request that u retrain ur staff.
