simple question for the mods, ive asked this before but never got a straight answer!

seen as some people rely on their breaks so much,
i just want to know when entering a game, for the first frame, how is it decided who breaks?

is it random, highest rank, who hasnt broke for a while?

sometimes ive played people who break off 1st frame, then leave the room and join again and often get to break off again. obviously a huge advantage ifthey're a golden break expert!

As far as I know when a player enters a room it does it randomly, however after that it then goes on a take turn basis.
