If you go onto some website ( http://bored.com ) they have their own personalised e-mail adress, i was just wondering if it could be the same with funkypool, like flapjack@funkyool.com or user@pool.co.uk something like that?

Isn't that (very basically) what the offline messages do? I know they're only between members, but as you need an email account to sign up anyway...

Cant see the point myself, I personally dont need anymore email addresses, 3 is enough....does anyone else need anymore?
Also i agree with what bob said about the message service.

Not everyone has more than one email address, so
its prob a good idea for those who only have Hotmail addy's and want to apply for Mod Status.

I agree 3 is enough, and changing e-mails is a nightmare if you are signed up to stuff like ebay etc, you need to re register on all of them.

well i became a mod although my email is msn.com NOT hotmail.co.uk/.com is there a difference??

I think hotmail can be used for instant messaging, MSN.com can't.

i see a bit like yahoo then?
I know i can use messenger on msn but its a seperate window, although it does open up when i log into msn anyway.

Msn.com can be, any email can be as long as u validate it, so that shouldnt make a difference.

you cant even get an Msn.com email adress anymore its from back when msn and hotmail and all corprate crap first started and when you signed up for certain internet providers you gto the "msn.com" thing at the end.. instead of the more popular hotmail.. now it is all the same tho since there is no msn.com its been taken over by live.com and the still cheapy hotmail.com lol

and i have a msn.com email adress and i use messanger.. hense MSN messanger.. which is now windows live messanger.. etc etc you get my point lol

yes i get your point.....the only thing thats different now then is the address at the end?
ie msn.com or hotmail.com

Seems im not missing out just as mine ends msn.com and not hotmail.com

Thankyou for clearing that up for me, i always did wonder why everyone apart from me was hotmail.com lol
