280 UCAS points to do the course at Leeds Met. I already have 180 from my AS levels (Not very good i know) but still its something so aslong as i pass all my subjects with D's then i've got my points

Are you sure? You can't count AS points if you take them on to A level - that's why A levels are worth double the points(I think)

No i'm not really sure it was just what the UCAS website was telling me and my tutors so i went with it sounded good though

I'm pretty sure you only get AS UCAS points if you only do it at AS level - or I would have come out with 710 points

then you are probably right, i'm going to have a closer look at it after i get through my exams as thats numero uno on my list!

It's a bit late then You should be guaranteed a certain grade by now based on your previous exam results, so just work out what you need from the last few

I've passed or nearly passed my subjects with the AS results and good coursework grades (so i'm told) I'll have another word with them though

They may be right - I'm not even in the UK and I'm going on what I know from myself last year. Nice to be in that situation where you've pretty much got it already

Exams are so much better than coursework! 2 hours and it's over and done with - you can forget about it forever!

I have exams aswell...A Levels this time round. I think I need 3 C's to get into Staffordshire for Journalism.

Possibly going to end up with an A/B in Media...C in Product Design and a D/E in ICT, that would get me enough points to get in ;)

Got Product Design (3 hour exam) on the 6th June and Media on the 12th and 17th...they are both 2 hours or near enough.

Haha yea though i only prefer coursework since i can take my time and not get rushed
