Could we have a set rank to post,create a thread and to view on Clan and League forums

pool events forum -
clan chat forum -
(select rank)
(001 - 600)
(600 - 700)
(700 - 800)
(800 - 999)
(all ranks)

so we need to be the set rank or more.

I also think we should have annoucement every hour to Join a league or clan and could we have like a mini status on forum.

(e.g)
Clan/League Name: the pooler
Clan/League Host: firewire
Clan/League Type: ranked, 8 ball uk
Clan/League Overall: 800.0

why would you need a set rank to post, create or view the events forum? that makes no sense at all-

I like the second part of your idea a bit more but it wouldn't work- the amount of people who create an event then never come back to the thread, stop posting on the thread halfway through the event etc is staggering.
Maybe if you ran say 3 successful completed events then you can request that your event gets an annoucement so people who dont generally go on the forum get the chance to join a different kind of tournament.
