Should there be a helpdesk.
Instead of mods and admins getting all the questions through the pm system, if memebers have questions they could direct them to the helpdesk, Mods and Admins check if every hour or so and send them a message through the home page telling them the answer.
Just a thought.

Yes but instead of thread being wasted you could go to the helpdesk.

There is a direct link to the help section on the homepage. Kinda hard to miss. Tends to be staff members in game too most of the time. I don't think this idea would benefit the site too much.

The help desk is just what Katie posted...only a different name.
Plus us staff are happy to answer any questions you may have, keeping them clean of course!

There is already a contact system if you have any questions, but very often users are simply directed to this forum.
It serves the initial purpose of providing the answer (if there is one!) with the advantage that everyone can read it and learn/help/post thier own opinions too.
