Well....we started the training session with a 4/5mile run....in the freezing cold
Then i got back and done some punching with wieghts, then some skipping, then on the bags, and a little sparring, then at the end done all stuff like press-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, gorzon rasiers e.t.c
Yes...hard ! but nothing compare ot what we usually do !

How are we all??? Good i hope. Ive had a looooong day at work, and im there again at 8.30 but oh well i have thursday and friday off woooo!!
