Cheers tally and 1_eye , I play openside flanker although i do chop and change depending on whether ball handling skills are needed in a different position. Which then depends on what tactics we play on.

The reason being......i had the hardest session of my life...it was like the equilavent to SPRINTING 5 miles lol....
And my legs are still stiff ..... I can hardly walk...

And coz i was so warn out.....i jus cudnt spar......i done terrible..

i wouldnt have the motivation to run more than i need to if they tried to push me for 5 miles i'd give it a go reach my limit and just tell em where to stuff it basically. So! you have my respect for running 5 miles in the first place lol

Got a few fights comig up....something that must be done......Get fit
