It's gotten better now am into it. I just done the misson for Brucie with the street race.

Believe it or not, that's about halfway through the game.
I'm thinking about getting guitar hero 3 and trading in GTA.
A true shame that GTA didn't live to the hype as much as the last ones.
Don't get me wrong, it's a great storyline with a lot of sudden twists, but after the storyline, it seems to abandon you in an empty feeling city with strangers and a few friends that always go to answering machines when you try and call them, except Roman, Jacob, Brucie and any the girls you date.

i feel the games too dark. Not in the storyline sense but its just dark. Half the time you just end up lost in a dark maze.Its most annoying in the missin called "up in snow" where your in the old hospital try to get Elizabeth's package back.

The Snow Storm you mean? Proberbly the first and one of the only seemingly difficult missions in the game.
I like the game but ever notice the repetative nature of the missions? Go to drug deal; people you are dealing with screw you over; shoot shoot bang bang; get in car; drive away; goons chase you; kill them; lose wanted level; end of mission.
Best ones are proberbly the 'Four Leaf Clover' and 'Ill take her' missions. Apart from that, it's just too easy.
Game makes up for Brucie though, he rocks!

yeah thats the one i mean.
the best mission ive done so far was probably call and collect. purely cause i shot about 6 people before i got the guy.

the game called haze looks good but its only for ps3.

I'm getting an Xbox finally at the end of the month I've been looking at the new Midnight Club: Los Angeles. I think it's released at the end of August, I think it looks good, and I loved Midnight Club 3, so if it's better than that it's gonna be good

so is the xbox 360 really worth it? well if u have not got a hd lcd then no.
and race driver grid is the best lookin racin game ive played on it yet,its a good game with a arcade feel to it because how the cars move.
and its alot more fun then Forza 2 i give up on that 1 because it borded me to def, it just drag on and on doin the same racin on the same tracks over and over again.

Obviously you'd be better of with a HD LCD, but I think it's still worth it on another TV

HD isn't essential in modern gaming.
I use a simple 14' inch telly in the room, but have the choice of 47 inch in the living room, which i rarely use.
In my honest opinion, i think the smaller screen wins it, HD and the 360 makes things just a tiny bit LESS sharper (believe it or not).
da_chump, if you keep driving the slower cars in Forza 2, build your way up you will become quicker. Just like in real life.

my TV in my room which is atleast 8 years old and 28" gives me more enjoyment when gaming because i prefer smaller screens.
I'm using the living room TV just now though untill such times i can afford a new bedroom tv.
Yeah Mr_mcquiston am actually having quite a laugh with the old ferrari's and stuff.
But i disagree about driving slow cars. i drive a pug 106 1.1 and its got a new dent everyweek. haha. am still shocked i past my test.
