When I've got the money I'll buy one. The main reason I got a 360 was so I could play my mates on live, and to be fair I do that quite alot. And the fact that the racing games seem better, or so I'm told!

Meh, the silver one doesn't look as good as the white one.
John, the bad thing is, Formula one won't be out on xbox for at least another year, as sony's license runs out.

F1 Championship Edition was amazing on PS3, bloody hard to win online though

Not a massive fan of F1 racing games........ prefer the Touring Cars tbh!

Ps3's are pointless.
Blu-ray, who needs it? all it does it make the games cost a hell load more than they should. all they've done is make the graphics a tiny bit better.
they'll just have the same games and genres come out as they did with the ps2.

And unreliable? yeah most 360's break after about a year. My friend got a Ps3 for xmas and his broke after about a month of having it, so he had to get a replacement. Some other peoples have done this as well its not just this one case. (But could be cause its only early stages.)

The 360 has more genres to play, unlike Ps3 with its racing, shooting and occasional games based on movies. They don't even have games especially made for the ps3.

You'd be better off sticking with the Ps2 cause you'll just get almost the same games on that.

I have a 360 it gets my vote cause of all the different types of games it has. I've played the Ps3 - it wasn't all as good as everyone makes out.

but thats the thing slowly. and right now theres no need for it too be in a Ps3 and making their games over priced. the only reason it took them so long to release the Ps3 was 'cause they were putting Blu-ray into it. costing them more money and taking longer to produce, etc.. and how do they get all that money back?

Nope, HD DVD will do that, Bluray is a flop.

Are they? I think it depends, how many people can afford to buy all the equipment you need to support blu-ray? How many people can then afford to keep buying blu-ray DVDs? I know I can't, although I am slightly poorer than normal.......

PS3 is only around £50 more expensive than 360, so I think that is not a real argument or issue now. I think it's all about suitablility. The 360 suits me at the moment, in a feww years time I might have the big HD whatever you call it which supports all the graphics and stuff!

mcquiston do you get out much? lol toshiba has stopped production of HD DVD and paramount, universal and other studios has crossed back to blu ray. you'll find HD DVD has flopped not blu ray

when i got my 360 i was goin to get a ps3 because i prefered the ps2 to the orignal xbox! so i thought i would get the ps3 but the 360 was so much better than the ps3! the 360 isnt a poor mans ps3 its a smart persons console!!
