'Please be aware that funkypool can create certain areas on the Service that contain adult or mature content. You must be at least 18 years of age to access and view such areas.'

Just came across this on the funkypool terms of service..

Whatever happened to it being a family site?

I don't know hehe

I've seen nothing either but hey lol.

I was just searching randomly on that handy little google powered 'search site' option to the left

Really confused about it though lol

It is still a family site as far as I'm concerned...

An I'm sure the mods and admin would ban the bloke who put something "suggestive" on the site anyway...

Maybe it was just a precaution, or they had to include it as part of the "creating a site rules"

Im sure they wont ever change it to an 18+ site, as Im sure the majority pf members are under 18

Aaah maybe never really thought of that, just thought maybe one of the first intentions was to have 'adult' parts of the site.

But yeah i agree there, not many much older that in know.

That section of the terms and conditions covers the content of private game rooms, allows for other expansions, which could have included premium areas for example.

Most importantly though, dont forget the terms and conditions cover everyone and staff members sometimes have to deal with complaints and language definitely not suitable for children.
