Ello folks,

Come back to this game after quite a while (hence the name) but having a few problems after switching to a Mac.

i've installed the latest Java but the text buttons are white. (Link to screenshot below). The buttons work fine, but it's just annoying i can't see what they are.

Anyone else on a mac who has/had this problem? Any solutions?

Same thing happened to me when i was on the college computers, i also couldn't adjust things in the options menu.

All macs were the same, so it may be an issue with the actual system rather than java.

Have you tried downloading mozilla or are you using safari?

I'm already using Firefox. i've not actually tried it on Safari so i might give that a go.

I wouldn't have thought it would be anything to do with OSX due to it being an online game, i would have thought it had been down to the browser or the Java.

I can still play the game but i just cant see the buttons and cant see the 'aim crosshair' at times.

Safari is exactly the same.

I'll have a play around with my Java settings and *hope* that it sorts.

I would guess from the look of it that the applet is taking its colors from the computers theme rather than the in-built options.

Do you have a silver theme activated?
