ARE YOU DISRESPECTED BY BIG COMPANIES JUST BECAUSE YOU?RE YOUNG?

Channel 4 is developing a brand new TV show which will look at bad customer service within the big companies ? i.e. telecommunications, retailers etc. and we want to hear from any young people (16-21) who feel that they are treated unfairly by corporate giants or even just big brand companies because of their age. For example, perhaps you or someone you know has been treated appallingly by customer services and without respect on account of being young ? or you have been pushed into buying a service that perhaps you didn?t want ? or that wasn?t explained properly to you and you?re now responsible for paying for it when you can?t really afford it. Any horror stories or stories of simple lack of respect related to customer service is what we?re interested in hearing. So ? if you think this is you or you know someone who it applies to please get in touch on (removed)by forum moderator.

Do you think its a wise idea giving out personal information such as your mobile/email address (or someone elses) like this in a public forum?
Im sure if Channel 4 wanted feedback they will advertise it on there own station themselves.......ie Using the correct procedure.

If she works for Channel 4 as a documentary maker then she is being very unproffesional.
A Media Giant like Channel 4 would use the appropriate methods to gain information by using researchers and as i said before they would use there own Channel to advertise this and that would probably gain enough response to make a programme.
I just find it an odd approach thats all
