Change some numbers round to make a word

Lot's of evilcat about isn't there...

The capital of Afghanistan is Kabul. I tried Kabul and it doesn't work. What am I doing wrong, please?

lower case, capital of the country whose time zone is what you see in the mirror image of the text.

Level 5, the map/drawing anybody?

Level 5:
Google the name that it's written in the piece of paper (if you can't see it, zoom in). Then search for the image the piece of paper represents and write its name.

Level 4:
If you draw a vertical line in the red thing where the symbols are, dividing it by half (as it says 'half the sun') it forms a word.

level 3?

Level 3:
I'll give you the example of the first. The time that is there is 13 hours, 25 minutes and 15 seconds right? if you draw the pointers of the clock in that time they resemble the letter "E".
Just do the same with the other hours and you have the word.

You must change the times to analog.
