I like a nice roast dinner on a sunday afternoon. I have many choices, I like seafood, prawns and muscles are yummy and crispy duck in pancakes is unbeatable.

I do enjoy some roast pork with my apple sauce. maybe a vegetable or two, but mostly apple sauce.
