Definitely condign, he deserved it and in the two games he is banned for he will be missed...

I think it sends out a message that anyone who acts up like that will not go unpunished. Others will think again before acting up like that in front of the cameras. His tomfoolery and gamesmanship has now weakened his team.

Celtic were fined ?35,760 (CHF60,000) (£25,000), half of it suspended for 2 years. This means thwy pay half now, and if they transgress again within 2 years, they pay the rest of it.

Appeals may be lodged within three days of the sending of the reasoned decision. No idea if any are on the cards.

I think its about the right punishment. I agree the fan shouldn't have been there however Dida shouldn't have acted like a prize fighter taking a dive. Too much of that in football, and is the reason I don't hardly watch it now!
