im not gonna blow my own trumpet in a sense but im doing fairly well today been playing pretty hot, but apart from that id say onua is the best player on funky at the moment, that ive played anyway not played lee yet should be good

Too many good people to point one best player. 8 ball UK players are considered ' one dimensional ' by the US players, US players are considered potters only by the UK players, so who can call a fair one?
Call it fair, the guy at the top of the rankings is the best player at that genre at that time.

The person that is top of the overall board is the best on the game at that moment, simply because they are good at all the games and can't be called anything.
Also...anyone that's got to the top of the overall leaderboard can class themselves as one of the best.

I think it has to be the guys who are leading tables like tournament wins, highest ranks, golden breaks ect....they are the guys who you would not normally beat which makes them the best.

Why golden breaks? ive gotten to 900 rank without 1 golden break , that surely must show golden breaks dusnt mean people are good :D and i bet theres plenty of people who dont get golden breaks that are top players :D
tourny wins i agree could show some of the best players , but nowadays there is sooooo many tournys and the competition that enters these tournys may not be good enuf, so nearly any1 could win several tournys , espec in the late hours (GMT) when hardly any1 is online :D
highest ranks also dont show the best players , they was on their best form when they got those highest ranks, dusnt mean they are the best anymore :D
sorry bout the lil rant , just a few things to point out :D
