My mate Al aka Quick_pot had a fall and has unfortunatley broke a bone in his elbow!!

oh my god al, hope your ok mate, i broke the radial head bone in my elbow 7 years ago, after an operation and 21 sessions of phisio the arm still dont straighten properly, hope your not as unlucky as i was, thinking of you bud, all the best mate

They said it was a radial fracture just could remember that name.
