1000 is impossible if i recall properly. You would be able to get 1000.0 on your profile but you wouldn't be called anything different, still virtuoso. The reason for this is that once you get to 999.9 the Edge Modification is so high that you cannot raise you rank anymore, making 999.99 the highest possible rank. Thats what I think anyway

EDIT: Your profile would say 1000.0 because it is rounded to the nearest 0.1 on your profile.

It is 'improbable', say there were too high virtuoso users... then the edge modification would surely still allow a user to reach 1000.1?

Only my theory, unsure on how correct it is.

I'm sure the spinners and nicks of this world are mindful of how the bowels of the beast that is funkypool.com move in relation to the appellation bestowed upon an exorbitantly ranked player.

And surely if you got to 999.9 it couldnt say u win 0.00 points. Surely you can still win some no matter how small it is.

Oh and by the way it was me who got to 991 was gutted when i lost. was on a mission

over 1000 is actually called GOD, it is possible , but it would take 4 or 5 players if not more around 995 to push someone over but even then they would have to win 20 odd games in a row, now playing against someone else that high makes it very diffulcult to do that

If it's gunna happen it'll happen on snooker.
991 is a brilliant score.

1: 1000.0 is possible.

2: You'd still be called a Virtuoso.

3: You're never going to see it happen with the current rating system so it doesn't matter!

It is possible to reach 1000:

If u have 900 points and u win against someone who has, let us say 900 too, wot happens:

U get 0 % edge modification, and u win 3 points
So u will have 903. Ur win is not decreased with 3%, but with 0 %

If u have 999,99 points and u win against someone who has let us say 998, wot happens:

U will get 99,99% edge modification and u will win certainly more than 0,01 points. So u will have 1000 points. Ur win is not decreased with 100 % but with 99,99 %

Well, it wud take of course not that long on FunkySnooker, were a win against a player who has the same amount of points as you, results in 11 (i think) points.
Eww yeah btw, if u get 99,99 % edge modification u won't win certainly more than 0,01 points:
99,99 % of 3 is 0,0003
But in snooker it wud certainly happen
