I was playing my tournament game and it logged me out saying an error has occurred and now i cant get back into my tourney game.

that's actually quite normal. just happen's from time to time. happened to me about 3 times. mostly in tournies aswel :)

This was actually a genuine error that occurred, a report has been filed which we can look into. Apologies for the disruption.
These errors occur about once every 1000 player hours for people on the recommended setup.
The overwhelming majority of lost sessions is due to network connection problems faced by the member, if you are being logged out advice may be found here:

They look over the site, have more features than moderators and overall have more power.
Nick doesn't need a different power because he isn't cocky and people already know who he is. He doesn't need the 'Do you know who I am' stuff.

To start off with calm down.
I assumed you meant you wished to become a member of staff (bearing in mind staff includes both moderators and admin)
