I heard the £25 Million was to stop him going to another English/Premier League club, thus part of the deal.

great manager,
did a great job at chelsea,
he was just losing it abit now though and he felt that he did the best he could do with them so it was time for someone else to take over.
Mourinho was always the guy to put a smile on ya face on match of the day lol, always comes out with stuff that ya jus have to laugh haha
