this should be in game queries really but here's the answers to your questions

a speedy tourny basically means there's a shot time limit of 10 seconds and it's 5 minutes to complete the round.

and who knows really it's sort of for trial purposes to see if they prove succesful if they are then there's a possiblity the reverse tournament could happen on a regulary basis.

Speed tourney: a tourney with a 10 sec shot limit.

Reversey tourney: a tourney whereby the further into the tournament you go, the fewer games you have to win against your opponent to qualify. This is opposed to a normal tournament - you have to win 2 frames to win, and 3 in the final - and a marathon tournament - you have to win three frames to progress from each round, and this figure increases in the closing stages.
