Maybe it could be a weekend thing?

Thats when most people are on for longest, so it may get more people interested?

Dunno, I dont mind if its everyday or just once a year!

Once a year lmao, yeh I agree weekends would be better for the timings of these tournaments if this started up..

Yeah I would say thats a good idea, starting from 9 ball to US8 to UK8.. And either keep the same times or just swap the times around with each other game type times.

10pm.. hmm maybe a bit to late for some as it can take a while to complete the tournament as its race to 3 for round 1 -4 + quarter

I wouldn't mind it being changed for the 8 or 9 O'clock tourneys.

Thats the best time I think

I happen to agree with you here mate in terms of format but as you have stated elsewhere its all about choice and clearly there are people that enjoy them so that's fine.

What I think they have shown however is something that we have both touched on before in that longer matches can, and should, be played in a much shorter period of time to quicken rounds up and reduce waiting times.

I didn't say stop having them, I'm just saying that they are silly, which they are.

Sorry, i don't understand that as it seems a contradiction in itself. How can longer matches be played in a shorter time?

The reverse tournaments sort of faded away due to a lack of intrest.

Perhaps making these a regular but rare occurance (once a week?) would be an option?

Feel free to suggest and discuss, and lets see what happens
