I was just thinking that maybe when we are playing a game we are allowed an extra 20seconds for a tough shot, but we can only use it once in a game. I know i would have liked this a lot instead of ending up blasting the balls
And maybe if you had lag and couldnt hit the shot you could use it?

The way around this is to make a room with a time limit of 40 secs and it then allows you to take your time if needed

Would be nice in tournaments to have the an extra 20 seconds banked just in case you need them

Same as rob and stew said in a ranked game or friendly you can make your game up to 90 seconds.

I don't like the idea of having that extra time in tournaments they would take ages to play also you get some people who like to take there time with there shots just to annoy the other player and if there was extra time added tournaments would take alot longer to finish.

i can see what your saying quick but it's only an extra 20 seconds and you would only be able to use it once during each match it wouldnt hold things up that much would it

I suggested this a while back. It would be especially useful when in the open table scenario in 8 ball so you can decide which (colour?) to go for without clock pressure.
