im getting lag seriously bad now, and have been for about two days

is there anything i can do? because im getting about an hours worth of lag, hoping that it will go normal again, then ill get about 20 minutes of no lag atall

if it continues im just going to have to stop playing and i obviously dont want that, so is there anything i can do???
