From Bourbons to Geribaldi there's just soooo many. But it's just plain simple short bread for me.

Ooohhhh shortbread, one of the greatest Scottish inventions (Whisky being the 1st great one, although i think the Japanese might have actually invented it, but the Scotts made it great, bit like England and Brazil and football)

I'll stick with Shortbread!

Shortbread is indeed excellent. There's a bakery up here on the most northerly island, Unst, which makes their own "Special Biscuits" - and they are. Awesome.

Funny you should mention whiskey with shortbread John, they always go together, especially at christmas.
