every time i click opions then choose 8 ball uk as my practice table then click ok everything is fine. once i exit the game pop up then come bk on its back to us 8 ball wats goin on why carnt i set it permantly like that ??

Sounds like your browser doesn't accept cookies, and therefore there is no way for the site to "remember" the settings.

A quick look in internet options/privacy tab will let you know.

I can't set my game to a specific chosen game by me too, but it doesn't matter because it's set to 8 ball US and thats the game I play mostly

If you log out the web page as well as the game before reloading in it will load your chosen game choice.
