I know moderators have done and are doing a good job handling complaints (i know this as they have replied to my complaints in the past ). but why not start a forum where people can submit complaints about their bad experiences on this site and later mod's could analyze them. ? this is just my view as i think that there is no point in concealing the identity of banned users from everyone.

But I dont think thats a great idea as name calling may start. If its complaints relating to the game...thats why we have this forum (game quiries)

aflumpire, moderators and admins have alot of complaints to deal with and they try and get through complaints as quick as possible

if you read my previous froum (which was capped), i sent 5 complaints, last one 3 months ago and still have not herd back from one.

back on to topic,

Dead on 1_eye - that quote Jon provided indeed covers the issue perfectly.

The thing you have to remember is that anyone can accuse anyone of anything on the forums. All complaints are investigated fully and dealt with accordingly.

There is no need whatsomever for any of the details of these actions to be made public, as they are between the staff and the user concerened.
