I am not having a go at one particullar person here but why is it after I have sent in 5 complaints while I have been on Funkypool (since Ausgust last year), I have not had a reply from ONE and nothing has ever happened to a player.

I have been thretened to have my HEAD SLICED OFF on this site, I screenposted the chat window, sent the thing to the e-mail address that a mod gave me yet nothing was done!

Mind you this person knew me very well and I outlined that very well in my e-mail.
And more recently..I have had my password stolen from someone who knows me and nothing has been done even after i have givin names and IP addresses

I understand that this process takes time but why isnt anything ever done?

Personally, I think that the Send Complaint button is a waste of time and effort.

If you have ever used 'send complaint' button and something has been done.....tell me please then I might reconsider my stance against this... (read on.)

Ive never had to send a complaint but from reading the above..5 complaints since last August and not recieveing ONE reply is pretty awful.

bless do u think they will come through the compuetr and slice your head off pmsl. seriously though im sure nick will sort anything he thinks needs sorting but i imagine the send complaint feature gets used many times in each day. ( think of all the chatroom numptys who cause trouble only when mods arent online peeps ususally use complaint feature so thats a lot to get through each day). give it time and if you dont think your complaint has been handled properly ask again mention it to a mod or an admin when they are online and im sure they will look into it for you lad. Maybe also would have been better to have a chat with a mod as opposed to starting this thread which is fairly pointless.

Do you know that for sure? You don't, because you can't see what happens, unless the user receives an instant ban.

Players are checked out, warned, booted or banned every day as a result of the send complaint function. Replies aren't sent unless a reply is specifically needed, and we don't reveal what moderating actions are taken as this is confidential.

I'm capping as your comment is totally incorrect and misinformed. Also this has been covered in plenty of previous threads.
