i knoiw...we have only had mini golf for 2 days or so but already, we need more holes.

People r already starting to score 10!

So i was talking to a few people and we all agreed that there should be 72 (yes SEVENTY TWO) holes.

It would still only be a nine hole game but to mix it up the computer could just randomly pick one of the 72 holes.

Its just so there is more of a mixture of holes and not as easy to just remember off the top of your head, where to hit the ball....

i know what ur thinking...nick cant just think of 72 holes!!

so lets help him with some ideas!!

my 1st one was you could only pot the ball after the ball has touched every cushion (rail)

any other ideas..

I AM AIMING FOR AT LEAST 50....63 is enough (63+9=72) but 50 AT LEAST!!

Well, I agree that there should be more holes, and I think that will most likely happen in the next update. 72 holes, well, could be possible to get 2 in one match. But I'm saying that new holes should be coming soon.

if there's going to be more holes it's going to be 18 because that's how many holes are on a real golf course.

You've got to appreciate the fact that when Nick added the golf to the site he was not sure whether people would take to it... therefore what was the point of creating millions of different holes if every one was goin to hate it?

Give him some time!

Some people are already saying there bored of it because everyone knows the hole in one, what if this continues this way and everyones does not like it by next week?...

Nick will have wasted all his time creating more holes. You need to leave things for a proper test period before jumping the gun, making him waste time, energy and serverspace.

Bet you by June nobody really plays it anymore. It is an intresting extra but any more than 18 holes is a bit daft.

What about a funky golf pro, 18 holes but on the american pro sized tables ?

No way am I jumping the gun. The only reason we will hate it by next week is that every one will know the hole in ones....thats why we need more holes...i never said do it now but i think we should ALL HELP NICK in giving him ideas for a minimum of 36 holes picked randomly by the computer in a normal 9 hole game

Well, i think golf is great but i think it's just a testing ground for nick and i doubt he will make a big deal of it by adding more courses.

And what happens when everyone knows the lines for those holes with in a week or so? Then were in exactly the same situation again!

Im not disagreeing that in the end we might get more holes but for the time being wait!

Think of it like a buisness (this is after all Nick' buisness) you create a brand new creme egg (especially for Paula's appreciation) strange and very different. First week everyone loves it there all buying it so u spend all your fortunes on creating more of these creme eggs... just to find out that by the next week everyones got bored of these new variety and gone back to the original ones! Youve just wasted all your money and time creating a new product that noone will now buy!

I know that aint the most amazing analogy but hope it makes my point about why Nick is probably not jumping in straight away to make new holes!

really i dont think we should be bangn on about gettin more holes at the minute...take into consideration the tremendous amount of work nick puts into the 2 sites and then consider he also has a life and family to be getting on with so take others into consideration first.
Plus it was inevitable once everyone knew how to hole in one most holes they would pass information of how to onto there friends and then their friend on tho theirs and so on also i do agree there could be more holes but lets just enjoy what we have for the time being.

But if you have lots of holes and kept mixing them up...it takes a lot longer to master!

no1 said you are just give the guy a bit of time am sure his life doesnt revolve around the funky sites but around his family and im sure if more holes were to be added he will do it in due time

Like i said, this might only be a temp game to test the new features.

If you look on the threads on snooker he is using FP as a guinea pig to test the feature where you can carry game on after another person has left and a game where more than 2 people involved...so if he decides to make golf a permanent game then he will add new holes
