In 8us, the first was scrappy with me not hitting the cushion of shots where i wasnt potting and was playing safe whilst he wasnt finished it off, in the end he messed up positionally and I finished it off. In the next i went for a not easy clear and almost got it but last stripe tough double hit jaw of bottom middle and he cleared. In 9us both frames it was terrible for me, i had the chances and luck or positioning didn't fall so he took both, should of been at least one for me there. But then into 8uk, first i broke dry, he had clear on, got to last yellow and black was too tough to get on for and he didn't get it, so i took it. Next one he broke and started clearing for run out but again messed up getting unlucky and i cleared. Overall neither of us had the luck here really, wasn't great by either, 3-3 was definitely fair as i could of got more in 9us and he could of in 8uk, whilst 8us was about right. ggs!

In 8us it was fairly even with the first 4 frames seeing us both get unlucky once and have a crucial miss each too, so that was even at 2-2, but then in the last i did mess up and he finished off. In 9us it all changed to better for me and i felt i needed it too. Most frames saw me clear and pot well all along as well and playing good safety play all the time and getting things right, whilst he was unlucky at times and didn't get the chances always so much, but could of maybe got 1 there. In 8uk it started off well where i managed a great run out that wasnt easy at the end exactly. Then next one off his break i went for it again but failed this time, so he finished it off. Next 2 were tactical battles a bit at times in which one he took a finish on and got it well and in the other I came out on top after he didn't manage an attempted clear. And in the last he was so unlucky at the end of his clear because he somehow pulled off a shot or two, to be as tight as he could be on the black with it on the cushion, he used side spin, got it in, but a yellow of mine went in too ;/! Overall enjoyed it, 9us i felt went rather good, as did 8uk mostly. Pleasure, ggs!

was a tough match had to play a lot of strategy early. he has a lot of fight in him and toughed out every frame. v wp mate ggs here all the best.
