Reset Stats, that's what i dont like

i dont see how it could possibly be a could idea to allow ppl to reset ther stats, u might as well put a do over game in the game so when i miss a shot i can have another go at it, u find the same guy day in day out and he just never seems to lose newbie tag. gaining points rapidly and thers no reward for beating him even tho hes very good, resetting stats also make cheating alot easier as a new he can beat low rank players and gain points quickly so that his other profile can take them if u get wat i mean#

its not cheating. Build a bridge over your tears, and get over it....or your going to sink (get banned) very fast.

more than likely they dont have another account. you cant have 2 accounts without worrying about being hounded, and banned..or suspected of having 2 accounts.

and your thread title?? thats how you get banned, this is a family site, you cant swear, or half swear. Heads up.

Hes just fuming because i beat him in 9us marathon final, and i said i'd lost to many games in this tournament so i was likely to reset again.

You might get banned for the language your using. Calm it down bud.

Don't worry about it mate, I'm sure admin will edit the thread title.

It's not them really which bother me, it's the new (temporary) accounts set up on a daily (1 day) basis they win then deactivate or reset back to 'member has played no games'

Doesn't take a genius to work out that these new accounts are more than likely multi account users as have had some ask to join Phoenix in the past and have openly admitted who they were.

Carry on doing what you are mate, new FBL fixtures should be released tomorrow now, will keep you informed.

I like the reset button haha, only used it once myself but it lets you set new targets etc

Exactly what its there for IMO. If you lose so many games, and want to reset, to challenge yourself to win 15 games in row or more or tournys etc

There's no way of getting round it so no point letting it bother you. If the reset option was removed people would just keep making new accounts instead.

Haha yeah is Thanatos back yet lol, obviously people are still going deactivate just no where near as much, used to see deactivated user all over the forums all the time!!

It would be kind of unfair to everyone who hasn't reset, but there is protection in place. You can't win much rank playing a newb/resetter, but you can't lose much either, it's always 0._ points win or lose on the non-newbie's side.

But, sometimes when a very good player resets, they lose their newb status before they've acquired an accurate rank.
This I think is a little unfair, to anyone who meets them in a ranked game before they have an accurate rank.

Could solve this problem by raising the number of games required to lose your newbie status.
