Im pretty sure helping someone from another clan is not against the rules.
If it is, i have yet to see this rule.
However, dex has left Jem in a nice little situation, joining all these leagues under the pretence he would captain, this therefore leaves her in a bit of a bad sitatuion..

agreed, Jem would need to choose a trustworthy vice (along with man_up) who won't deactivate. If dex comes back then i would put him as a player for now until he can keep an account.
agree about Jay too, he is just helping jem out in her hour of need, once Jem appoints someone im sure Jay will back off and let them get on with it.
also agree about subs if TPA players are as inactive as you say then its TPA who needs to do some subbing, if it was me i wouldn't sub either.

i require captains permission to ask can huts24 become a shooter

huts24 has not said anything to me about leaving, but you do not require captains permission, as long as i know he is leaving he is free to go whenever he wants.
