As in the thread going to the top of page one on the list of them when someone posts.

Would it be possible for threads to bumped up?

I say this because sometimes certain topics that have been discussed may be useful and it saves creating new threads etc. also posting is sometimes not the best way to show something that has been discussed. Particularly if the the thread has been capped for whatever reason.

This option would only be available to moderators/admins because I think there are some users who would abuse this but I think if used correctly it could prove useful occassionaly.
