How come people do double posts? i've never done it it just says please only submit 1 time

thats happened to me alot i clicked one and it said that then i go back to the post and it has 2 post no idea though

Its happened to me too! Sometimes it says only submit one time, i click and it double posts...BUT...sometimes it says it and i DONT click
(thinking a-haaaaaaa if i click u will double post me) Only to find no post at all(if that makes sense lol) Dunno,beats me
