Simple as pressing the print screen button if you are using a Microsoft system. But if it's Apple, then hold down command, shift and press 3.

what command for apple?

is it that little button with an apple on it?

Ok Flapjack.

Once you have taken a screenshot (Shift-Prinscreen on a windows PC) you have to paste it into an image program like paint.

Then save it, then go to a site like http://www.imageshack.us

Find your file and upload it, then you will get a list of links you can use.

Use the very bottom one (direct link), copy it, and then click the IMAGE button here on FP, and paste in the link.

What can be confusing is that you won't see an image until you paste it, so some people think that the shot hasn't worked when it has.
