With the UK 8 ball pockets, they are a perfect circle with absolutly no protection around the pocket like in the US games.

Im in Australia but im sure that you guys over in the UK dont have pool tables where there is no protecting cushions.

I think that we should keep the game the same BUT put just a little protection of the pockets.

I think that the reson why everybody s so highly ranked in UK is becase there is no protection particualy on the side pockets.

I see you are relatively new here, but the UK table has stayed essentially the same from way back in the days of pool sharks (do a little forum search if you want to find out more about that) and regulars here will strike if any attempt to change it is made!

Its the main thing that makes funkypool funky!

It's important to keep the US and UK tables diffentiated. Means theres more of a range of entertainment!

And is everybody so highly ranked, because i think a high rank is 870ish on uk, i'll leave spinner or magicblack to sort the ratios out, but i think you will find you are wrong!

Well i'm not gonna bother with calculations since the simple fact is that (at time of typing) there are only 2 virtuoso players on UK pool.

"Easy" or "hard" makes no difference, since all the players fighting for the rank are on the same playing field, er, table...

it can't be changed not many people would like it
