Not Responding in Tourneys

This applies more to speed tourneys, but i it would be a good idea if possible for only the "Not Responding" user to be DQ'd if time runs out..

yes m8 i agree i was in the speed tourny a few days a go this happened then we got diqualified for timei was very angry!

I'm a victim of the occasional "not responding" sesh, and I agree with this.
