can there be a separate forum link that relates to technical help of any sort. Imean like a forum heading such as gen chat or game queries but 4 something totally unrelated to the site...e.g say im having troubles with my firewall and need help i could query

Well to be fair most people post with these problems because they are affecting thier ability to play.

There are a lot of helpful people on here so it wouldn't hurt for it to be easier to find them.

I think a better way to address this is by cjanging the name of helpful threads, so that they are easier to find on the search site! (if you understand me...?)
