i set a new game, my name is on the title.

A player come and wanna play with me, i won't play with him because is a poor player and use offensive language against me.

He stay until the connection goes out of time, then get MY game occupied over and over.

There's nothing to do against such behavior ?

The option of 'booting' a player from your game room is something that is being discussed in another thread.

In the meantime, the best thing that you can do in the circumstance you describe is to join somebody else's game.

or if that happens to me i just go to a chat room for a few minutes if there are no other games to join, after a few minutes they shouldn't bug you
