I click on enter game, then the game window launches and it is just white and there is a small page with a red cross on it at the top left of the window, java is installed.

Does anyone know the problem and how it can be fixed?

I havnt got a clue, never happened to me before.......

Try holding down CTRL+F5 to force a reload of the page.

This used to happen to me lots, hence me being an FJ (cudnt play so i posted lol) I never found out what the prob was or why it happened even after numorous posts and replies from Nick.
When it happens now, i just have to keep closing and trying again...failing that i stamp around lots
