It could be possible that they may be tourists etc. and have no idea that this system of raising bollards exists?

As i thought when i put it on here, but tidnab kindly told me that it's hard not to miss the signs (as in 6ft signs etc), and people use it as a cut through! DOH', gotta hurt!

Although i'm divided as to whether it's a good idea!
