hi,i was just wondering could it be possible to have uk 8 ball pro or could it be possible to to make it more realistic like if you make a mistake you get punished for it.if anyone thinks it's a good idea feel free to post.

the only way i think that could happen is to make the pockets more realistic and tight at the same time otherwise i cant see how you would make it difficult

well the pockets could be made smaller and change the rules because starting to get sick of people just tapping the pack on there break or at least make it so they have to hit the cushion,

yeah abit but it would good to have a alternative version of uk 8 ball.

UK rules say a ball has to hit the cushion anyway, that would be a definite improvement

The reason for the GB rule is (mostly) because writing the code to detect a legal break is difficult. (howeverif you want to do it i'm sure Nick will be delighted to use it!)

A pro version of UK pool would be nice for sure. Basically the UK rules but on the US style tables with the improved ball physics.

Unlikely to happen though, since the numbers are thin enough anyway...

i forgot to add in my last post about people tapping the ball there on to snooker therefore i think a rule should be put in place where you have to hit the cushion and it stop unnecessary snookers and could it be posible it turn golden breaks into a lose or a re-rack.

These rules would be fine in a pro game, but would ruin the fun and playability of the Funky pool game at the heart of the site.

Being able to snooker with the centre pockets is the greatest feature on the site!

i think they shuld keep the same rules but just make the balls and holes smaller

Totally agree about the centre pockets. They make FP FP

I don't think we should have any more new games right now. It would spread players thinner and (as has been said)that version of UK's so much like US8 you might as well just play US8.

It's not worth bringing in a whole new game for what would more or less be one rule variation (2 shots).
