Thats probably your internet connection on the blink.

Server has had a 100% uptime today.

The only downtime in the last 5 days was for the site upgrade yesterday morning. The site was down for about 90 seconds.

Most probably you have a local internet failure, what ISP are you using? Do you use a proxy?

just grit your teeth is probably your best bet, or change isp's (internet service provider)
