Hi, i was wondering why the 850 ranked people arent there but there are loads on 847?

There have been some ongoing changes but nick has posted these in the announcements.

I read that before but it only says people OVER 850 will drop. Nothing about on 850 dropping down to 847 and stopping there?

That was due to the short term implimentation of an 800 cutoff, not sure why it was reverted since it was an excellent idea.
