Just a few small changes, the main thing is the PM window is improved.

- FIX: for PM window partial loading of userpic
- clickable link for user picture instead of view information button
- update options with user own picture giving clickable link to own page
- FIX: allow sending of jpgs from firefox
- add whether browsing or not to people on your friend list
- FIX: 2 very occasional animation problems
