Well, this is probably by now the most well known user pic of the lot, featuring as it does on the home page, but what most people don't realise is that Nick is actually an elf.

This picture may look like Nick sitting on a boulder beside the Indian Ocean, but in fact he's only 3cms tall and sitting on a pebble, beside a puddle, in pool_life's back garden....
