Any good pool games for the Xbox/Xbox 360/PC?

Hi
Some of you out there must know of a decent pool (hopefully snooker as well game for the Xbox 360. The only problem is that I only have a 360 so the Xbox game must be compatible (as some are). Any ideas???
I Also have a PC if there is any good ones for that!!!

The only good one that ive heard about is the World Championship Snooker series i don't know how good they are though.
